this is a workfull atmosphere involving 24 hour services including night duties and special duties every fortnightly.The range of specialists is less so most of the pressure is on yourself otherwise you refer the case to a higher centre.Nonetheless it can be a very rewarding experience with weekly CME meetings and cooperative seniors.
