Selection procedure for both Officers n men badly needs a review. Useless outdated training methodologies needs to be done away with. More Indianisation need of the hour. Sense of pride in profession slowly wearing away. Useless trends n procedures need to be done away with. Upward movement of professional experience to be given priority. Training institutes to be integrated with Govt. Universities to bring in meaning to the vast training imparted to the personnel. Living conditions need improvement....Read More
