There is some discrimination based on Rank. I agree Rank must give status as well as wealth but do not apply eveywhere. If you join as lower rank soldier you will be discriminated in such a low level thinking that you are just a slave.

The severance package for Short Service Commissioned Officers isn't as per the recommendations of various committees. Short Service Officers are left to fend for themselves after completion of their tenure. Subsequent transition to corporate is hard and mentally taxing.

Autocracy of commissioned officer- commissioned officers are using their position wrongly. They don't think about others they are selfish and humiliating sailors. This is applicable for some of the officers. Needs to be improved
