Extremely bad work culture. Huge burden of targets, even new joinees are not spared! They won't give you an opportunity to learn, they only care about their business figures! Bad postings in unlivable rural areas. Yes perks and allowances are good, but often times you have to beg them to get those. Get a post in HO or Co and you're settled for life. Can leave around 6 pm and come around 10 am, even if an officer. Great pay even if you postpone or don't do your work, because there will be some people who do all the branch/office work and you can just laze around.

Dislikes

If you work, instead of appreciation and appraisal, you'll only be burdened with more and more work. Have to learn a great deal of things if the branch you work in has staff that don't do their work properly. Have to be accountable for the frauds of other managers who sanction fraud loans.
