Army is one of the best institute in india.provde good quality of life.prvde assure promotion up to rank of lieutenant Colonel. Further promotions is selection grade. Promotion opportunity are less due paramid structure organisation . Overall v good org.

Dislikes

No dislikes as I served for 40 years and got ample opportunities for promotion and social growth. I joined at basil pay of Rs 175 pm and retired at Rs one lac forty thousand pm.

My job is challenging, I get lot of freedom for my actions, there are varied kind of jobs and it does challenge and increase the skill level to an extent, but remuneration is limited, and growth gets stagnant, the social life is very good.
