Good work environmeny and culture. Teammates ate suppportive and the management is transparent. Thete is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals ate fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues Salary is decent but career gowth is slow. Thete is a bond of 2 yeats before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

They transfer the sales credit of the employees to other employees. They daily pressurize you on your daily inputs and sales. No growth is observed in this Company. They provide maximum fake data to the employees and expect sales from it. The name of company in market has been down-graded eventually as because of old employees. Depending on the team, there is a chance for learning new technologies and skill development. Being a company of 25+ year, the company is pretty stable and job is bit more secure than many other companies.

Dislikes

In some teams work life balance is non existent. Low salary, low increments and no perks. Another thing i dislike is that there is almost no recognition of tech. people. Especially if you are not of lead or manager level.
