I did like only some of my colleagues. They were nice. This is the only thing which I liked while working in that company. And yes one more thing I used to love providing better service to my clients/customer

1. Worst Management system ever. I have worked with some companies and trust me Indiafilings's management was worst than I have ever experienced. 2. Worst Management authorities. They have very unprofessional, Unskilled and stupid management leaders. 3. Filled with greediness and Scammers. Company's leader will force you to loot andmake fool of your clients. (Once u will join the company. Company will assign you some clients/customer so you can look after them) "Because of the stupid management and management staff so many peoples were leaving the job within few days from Date of joining" They will threat you everyday to loot something from some clients or they will fire you..... Nothing is to like there they spoil the future of freshers just thinking them as their salve and the salary haha not even worth of our work .. i worked there for 3 months the worst 3 months of life that company is such poor that we have to ask them for the salary dont go there they wont provide what they promise even their clients suffer too much by there unprofessional work Unprofessionalism at its peak there better to work in a Bpo thn there ..No growth there just team leaders are too frustrated that they dont know what to do hahaha they took my certificates and i did not have signed any bond but still they will not give me certificates back if i left .. actually i left at the end of month without informing them coz if i would have have informed them they will not release my salary n then i would have to beg for salary like the others did ... hope u got the answers...Read More
