The growth in this Department is very slow. The package we are getting very less then the work we do.

I am working as a Programmer in CEPT. I do the development of the departmental software. Working here enhanced my personal knowledge and now doing some researches while doing development increased my performance. It is a great working here.

A massive ancient network which is eventually budding in the field of technologies. Earns you a "central government employee" tag which is of no avail. A entrusted place to drop our savings. Organization with good transparency. As a matter of fact gives good experience.

Dislikes

Worthless for a graduate to work in such a poor environment and poor infrastructure. Less recognition for the one who is more productive. The one who is more efficient will be suppressed with more work though it is heaven for lazies. No room for creativity nor innovation.
