Third-party product sales is running the bank's own products. Server issue with the banking platform. Most importantly the basis of IPPB was built on was with help of DOP but they themselves have now become non-cooperative. No mental peace at all.

Bank operates in Bussiness correspondent (BC) model, where promoter Departmnt of posts is BC. As Promoter itself is BC, BC controls this bank unlike all other Banks, where Bank controls its BC. Performance of a Branch mnger or this bank employee depends on prfrmnce of BC (post office) on which employee has no control. A Branchmnger can do nothing even its BC not serving bank customers. Conflict of interest between the cadre in Departmnt of posts and IPPB employees created a mess in the bank overall functioning. Promoter(Departmnt of posts ) not interested any more to take the bank to next level. Adding to this the IPPB Mngmnt( Contrctual executives, HR and few other GM level) is incomptnt, non bankers, egoistic to take feed back from brnches, regarding bussiness related concrns. Hasty and failure decisions. Very late and poor product developmnts. HR is pathetic, not able to mnge salaries, leaves, emoloyee file, servce records of just 1000 employees. They dont lift employee calls evn employee dieing. Mail are never answered. They are timely servng only mngmnt executives.
