They are failing to satisfy employee. Like job role, provision for stay, never consider about employee career, even wages for work(promotion&increment). I am a geologist. Working in a lab since I joined 4 years ago. Infact they don't concern my request, even requesting many times. My career has here collapsed. Best to ask job role.If they fail to speak about job role, better to deny the offer. Your job role will completely change with irrelevant department.
