The culture is decent. You are given a chance to work with various clients. You are learning on the go. The job is almost work from home.

The management takes the least interest in making the next layer of leaders. They stopped the appraisal/promotion for 3 months and they have promised us that once you complete 2 years, you will get the promotion and appraisal.

Remote work and work life balance. You can get leave easily. For personal growth anyone can learn lot of things which is related to corporate activities from team leads and seniors (depends on luck though).

Dislikes

No job security at all, they can resize your position after giving too many efforts. No satisfied appraisal and promotion. Lead can demotivate you. Internal proof reading is more effective than client's feedback.

Since I have joined, in my team, i am not happy with the projects they have assigned. Even though they know I am not from core pharma, quite often they are putting me in complex pharma work. My domain is totally different and I am wondering why they have hired me. Whosoever is from Indegene, pls help me to get a Lil simpler project. Current project is taking more than 12-14 hours a day, taking toll on health and psychological well-being. The company has a good work culture.. When the company was not doing financially well, they haven't fired anyone. They tried to retain people by just cutting their hike. They value their employees more.

Repetitive work since all the major pharma organization are clients if one thing works then most probably it will be repeated (sold) to all other clients thus reduction in innovative projects
