SOMETIMES COORDINATION BETWEEN MANPOWER AND PLANNING DEPARTMENT IS WORST . PARTILITY IS ANOTHER THING HAPPEN FREQUENTLY. LIKE USUAL NO MERCY ON LOWER WORKING STAFF AND YOU SHOULD NOT THINK ABOUT SALARY INCREMENTS .

Work life is good . I am in line maintenance so we work in shifts the morning shift which i love . We are good in teamwork and thats what makes it possible to fly aircraft safely .

The job is interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

At start it's okay but with time promotion appraisal and salary revision is not actually working for the employees that is the only reason I left the company.
