A Start-Up. Nothing else exists apart from work. No indoor games facilities, no outings, no parties, no extra curricular. Work load is quite hight. No job security. The CEO has anger issues, and reguarly outburts on his employees in front of everyone.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
