Staffs are mostly undergraduate so can't expect good operations in branch they don't pay TA and other expenses they expect us to pay first then they gonna approve if they like or you gonna lose that money . Their targets are unbelievable for everyones b'day the branch is open from 8am to 8pm. Job is not secured, your one mistake you will be fired with great insult. This is happening with all departments employees. No scope of your work recognition. No motivation for your hard work. Respect of employees is meaningless for them.
