Management is very poor. Staff politics are very much there. Specially mentioned, there are no job security and also huge bad work pressure and all the time they are give huge mental harasment.

There are less people doing too much, so employees get more projects and the comapny is open for employees to work on new projects (can be by their own choice or dreams)

Job is not secured, your one mistake you will be fired with great insult. This is happening with all departments employees. No scope of your work recognition. No motivation for your hard work. Respect of employees is meaningless for them.

Staffs are mostly undergraduate so can't expect good operations in branch they don't pay TA and other expenses they expect us to pay first then they gonna approve if they like or you gonna lose that money . Their targets are unbelievable for everyones b'day the branch is open from 8am to 8pm.
