For the Freshers, Ienergizer is the best platform in Noida.

I don't known how the Main branch is , but I worked in sector 10 branch. According to me this is the third class branch of Ienergizer. There is no single are follow in this branch.

The only thing I like is that I have left that company and saved my time!

1. Management - Third class! A team of few donkeys who are only clever at discrimination & partiality. 2. Policies - Made to snatch employees hard earned money! They unfairly deduct salaries on silly & unbelievable reasons and the total amount gets divided into the upper fools every month. 3. Work environment - Only sycophants survive there because even managers, AVP’s there do not know how to talk and behave and it’s in their culture, they are very much partial for their pet donkeys. Few of them are pervs & do not know how to respect women. 4. Job security - None! Along with that, no salary if you lose your job. 5. Skill development/learning - They can’t even purchase and provide access for the most important tool (Excel) to their QA’s & Leads and they suggest to share systems or you may use Google Sheets. So the only skill you develop or learn is how to be a successful sycophant and unfair towards others. 6. Shift timings - No company in this world having 10 and 12.5 hours shift. They are real blood suckers! ps. Even most of the managers do not know how to use excel properly. Lol...Read More

The best thing about ienergizer is that it gives you an idea of how corporate life works but as far as I am aware there are many flaws in the company and any benefits to find. The best thing about the company is that it gives a 4-hour late and early slot in the job but with only 3 instances.

I have worked in the company for more than 3 years. Still, I never found the courage to say that I was proud of this company, as there is a lot of ignorance towards the employee's healthcare and oppression towards the work even after the end of their assigned shift. I remember one instance where 1 female employee was harassed by someone from the supervisors and this issue was totally ignored by the company because that guy was on a higher post. Commenting on women and going personal regarding their lives is a trend for the supervisors there. Not only girls but also guys are forced to work extra hours in their shifts sometimes they are forced to do overtime even if they have been pre-informed about their plans 1 month prior. This company has crossed every limit to treat employees like humans. They exploit them, they pass comments on their personal lives and apart from that they humiliate them mentally so that they can feel superior over the employees. I was in a higher position which is why I am more clear and more open about the mindset of supervisors there I have seen that there was never such thing as pressurising the people because we never had any pressure for the work all they used to pressure them because they like doing it. I worked as a team lead there but I was never taught about the tasks of the Operations I was made to work like an executive and was not made aware of the actual tasks as a team lead I resigned from my job out of frustration and tried finding a job somewhere else but was unable to find jobs because I was not made aware with the actual KPI's of the Team Lead I am personally saying the worst company to be in....Read More
