The salary was given on time,job security is there.

The company management does not care about you they just won't work,the management are very unsupportive I have asked multiple time to change the shift but the management always kept me in night shift.The management does not give break on time and there is a shortage of systems as well.

I was working in Haier process. No doubt it is very very bad process. When the need they will hire you and then after peak seasons end they will ask you to resign. They will pressurized you for extra work. They don't allow leaves even you submit doctor's prescription, they will mark leave without permission. It is a worst place to work, very poor & non supportive management. No job security, unhygienic cafeteria , washroom and employee satisfaction is zero they even don't know the meaning of it. FRAUD COMPANY FRAUD MANAGEMENT. They don't follow the government rules.
