Company's Working Culture is terrible. Giving 5 Products to One Local Area Sales Manager & Giving daily threatening to achieve the impossible target or else Put the Paper & Go. There is no time for personal life as one will come to office at morning 9 am & then leave the branch at 8.30 pm. National team of IDFC must interfere in this & check all the employees mental health conditions. (They are exhausted & why changing their jobs so fast )...Read More
