The boss relies entirely on FSCs; they neither come to the office nor go on calls. Sunil Pandey, who oversees the entire UP region, has such foul language that no one would want to work. He never says anything to the banca heads but only targets the FSCs. These are the main dislikes.

But salem branch is very worst for managers support There is a lots of politics.seniors not help for juniors especially ANAND (ARM) PSF channel is help to senior only. Anand give only 6month time for begineers .After 6 months They don't give a business he compale for the separation . HR wise no action for anand.
