What i like is Only learning in last 3 year they need to change lot's of things in system which are not supposed to customer and employees

1 Customer service are the key factor 2 Career growth is very slow 3 They chang post name then employee feel that he is demoted from his post 4 No grade post system

It is the worst company to work with, they can say u any time "Don't come from tomorrow". Untill July 2018 it was part of ICICI Bank then its top management was very good, with lots of work pressure, Direction, Traing and Learing in a corporate environment but after top management from ICICI Prudential take over in July 2018, they made it a company without direction and learing, and most dangerous you have zero job security. Even insurance companies are better than this company, all the Experience and vintage employees were slowly told to leave this company. They dont have work ethics, no work Culture, no Idea about Home Loan, no Vision, no code of conduct, no Direction just they want ICICI Prudential insurance employees to be fully over loaded in this company at each and every level.
