As compare to other private sector banks ICICI BANK IS Good . Well trained employees, OK type compensation and salary, travelling allowance is also given, politics is everywhere it all depends on you and your goal and work , learning opportunities a lot, work environment is quite good, innovation you can't do as much , now this one no work life balance atleast till the grade of AGM/RH.
