No proper sense of talking and behaviour. No proper time schedule is followed. no fixed job role and place to work the staffs can be relocated to any place for any role at any time

If you do not done your Bank Business That time they don't go home ,Sit Branch do business . And when they closed bank that time they go home . So only this situation not like for me and as well as others bank people also not like .
