Dislikes

I was not given chance to learn or build up my skills, I was not recognised for my work. Felt broken many times as good working ppl or not recognised or appreciated instead there is partiality for grades. Even though high grade don't do their work properly they are appreciated. I was dumped with useless works no one was teaching or guiding even after I opened up with higher senior persons in the branch. This is my worst work culture I ever met, there is no humanity. I think I don't fit into a selfish work culture, whereas ppl there are adopted well!...Read More

Work life is there whereas no personal life was left for me. Even on govt holidays I worked and nothing happened! Not even a thanks or any note.
