A company coming in Forbes 100 list but only has a, culture of work harrasment, Criticism and overtimes without any OT pay. I joined PTP branch around 5 months back in gurgaon location and all I can say is the PTP department of IBM gurgaon is just a perfect example of criticism and nothing else. Managers and, supervisors do mental torture as well just to fulfill there own ego and force you to work like, slave or otherwise they will raise PIP if you ask any questions or Say no to work on weekends. I have joined IBM 7 months back and all I can say Is.. If your are hired for PTP..just don't come here.. The management and supervisors are very very criticizing. You have to do overtimes 22 days a month not just on month end. On month end they make you do shifts for 15-16hrs and on normal days it is 12-13hr forcefull overtime. Theydon't care about your health nor about your personal life and goals. They promise Overtime Extra pay but it will never come.. They cut your incentive and will give only 30-40% of your incentive amount. Supervisor does not have knowledge of PTP and are of technical background but still they are made supervisors here with no major PTP experience of invoice processing. PO, PR, etc. Really didn't thought IBM will be a disaster to join....Read More

It's a good place for the employee. It's employee centric organization.

In IBM there is a trend that, there is managers will. If a manager is like you there is lots of opportunities and growth, if you are not perform well. Dosnot matter. IBM are given lots of power to a project manager. No H.R involvement and listing of the employee. A manager can distroy the carrier of any employee if he is not like him or her.
