Salary negotiation & work culture at hyundai motors
Hi community members, I recently cleared hyundai interview for talegaon plant but they have offered 24% to my last salary which is well below to my expectations considering talegaon is very expensive to my current location. Can someone tell me whats the salary strcture for manager at hyundai with 8 years of experience currently they have offered me 15.5 lpa. & Also can someone tell me the workculture of hyundai (i am concerned about overstay).
