There is one thing that I dislike that the timings are very odd, I mean shift timings are extra although we are working 47 hours a week only.

I will not say dislike, but yes it fact as Korean people they thinK and they put in mind of employee that Maruti, Tata, Mahindra which are Indian company are Rural company and they are famous ,also employee they treat like dogs , very pathetic work culture they have.
