Here is lot of things to learn my self. this is tourist place and i learn to here language like Spanish,french and local language also and another things is i learned international menu for bar & Restaurant so lot experince i got here so i think best of my future growth

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
