Likes

- Good environment to work, great culture, no strict work timings. - Very good management who guides the lower level employees well to excell in career.

Dislikes

- Management is not ready to invest in new technologies or the global management is not diverting enough funds to India. - Salary hikes and growth is slow.

Work Details

As I was recruited as a technical specialist and there was no one to guide me technically in the beginning I had to learn everything on the job without any training.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
