Although the Company was very Good, used to bring out Exciting Products, Due to Poor Manpower both Indian & Japanese has lost it's competitiveness in the market. Now the people who are at top/senior/Mid-Managerial position are mostly on the back of scratching their Boss's back & not on pure performance. As a result, bringing great results is never possible in this company.
