Really bad office space. Constant survillance on employees, no privacy. And management people keeps stalking your phone. Need to bring own devices. Don't even expect to get a computer from them. Internet is really baad. They have 4 connections, but none of them works properly. At least close all connection and get one connection, a stable. one. Need to beg for salary, never get on time. *I like the big amount of Salary which I get by bossing around, throwing tantrums on staff members. Playing victim card in every situation.* **Life is good here.**

Dislikes

Employees here demand basic facilities like tea and coffee, how rude. They even demand expensive chairs, can't they work on basic plastic chairs?Employees don't listen to me. They ignore me, don't pay me any attention. I got a few of them terminated because of this.

This my company, I hire whom I want and fire whom I want, no one can stop me. I like to hire girls as they keep me entertained.

Dislikes

Some of the employees demand freedom, I can't allow this. They demand good chairs, monitors, tea coffee, I can provide it, its expensive, and my profit will get less. People should worship me as I worked under Dr.Kalam, thought I'm nothing like him, but I want fame from his name.

I had a great time at Homi Lab. It is truly an honor to work with Srijan sir... who was the Advisor of the legendary Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. I learnt alot from him - and I loved that he personally gives space and time for young recruits, right down to the interns who worked with us. While the organization maintains a work discipline but we often had surprise gifts, pizzas etc. I was also able to leave the office by 6.30 pm all most daily. I was especially touched by how even the founder used to visit me to the hospital almost daily when I had fallen sick one month into my joining. I think the emotional bond is terrific....Read More

I work here as the WiFI manager, so I can name the networks whatever I whatever I want. I have a lot of free time as there is no work to do.

Dislikes

Sometimes, Wifi is hacked so they want me to change the name. I don't get paid for this work. I don't have any holidays so I am not happy with the work. Also, no promotions. This was a temporary job so I will be terminated soon.
