As a design partner you can earn a good amount, but that is only it. If you want to grow as a designer then this is not the place. It is more of a sales than designing because everything is prepreset and the is very little scope to design something new. If you are an average designer and an excellent sales person you can earn a good payout every month. Recommended as a party time only.

Work culture is bad, avoid Odin e politics as much as possible or your going to put yourself in a mess !

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
