MANAGEMENT NEVER MOTIVATES OR ENCOURAGES THE EMPLOYEES. THEY NEVER TRUST THE EMPLOYEES, AND ALWAYS DOUBT THEM—NO JOB SATISFACTION. AND EVERY TIME CRITICIZING AND FINDING FAULTS AT ALL TIME. EVERY TIME THEY TORTURE AND TROUBLE THE EMPLOYEES BY GIVING SALARY AFTER THE 15TH OR 16TH OF EVERY MONTH. AND WE CAN'T EVEN EXPECT THE INCREMENTS ALSO. AND NO PROMOTION AT ALL.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
