Likes

Learning and development as a engineer is good. You will be involved in all plant related activities like statutory compliance, maintenance, audit, production, purchase..... U is the all in one. Procedure of everything is systematic.

Dislikes

Slow salary growth, fake medical policy, Full Hr department is good for nothing, they put all responsibility to plant. Poor life balance.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
