Likes

New opportunities never stops. There are always projects going on all of which need some special problem solving skills. A lot to learn as a person who is just starting her career.

Job security - Good

Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

One is for sure work life balance. Here, people seldom go home on time. Second is, uncertainties in job at hand. I've seen multiple times that one has to stop doing what he's doing and start another thing. Again one has to do the same until the guy is exhausted and does only mechanical job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
