It's a terrible company to work for. As of my experience nothing is there to like and recommend this company.

No work-life balance , for them the term work-life balance doesn't exist. My typical workday starts at 10 in the morning and will go on till 8 -9 in the evening. After spending more than 10 hrs in office , before reaching home I'll be receiving call , Asking me to do that , do this all sort of things. It not like that they have informed me about this prior. It's on the spot , no mail , no slack message direct call , if you don't pick up the call they'll bug you , imagine getting call at 1 am . It's not a rare scenario , it's quite common here. The added benifit of working for this company is Work during weekends , there is no weekend holidays here . They will tell you weekends are holidays but believe me you'll be having work that too without any pay , no benifits for Overtime. Don't ever imagine about growth if you are joining this company. Most of the project that they have is atleast a decade old ones. Using outdated tech. If you try to do something innovative. It won't be appreciated. And they follow micro micro management. In my case my manager is a trash , no recognition for any of the good work , only complaints. He'll try to put issues from his side on our head. They don't care for their new employees , all they care about are the ones who has been there for atleast 10 years. I regret every moment working in this company. I got an opportunity to work on multiple projects and its a great learning experience. The team I am working with is very supportive and the seniors are excellent guides which helps to enhance my skills. Overall the work environment is excellent with great work culture.
