Supervisors are not supportive to maintain a healthy work life balance. HR doesn't really help/ support either. Biased and rigid management. No commute is provided. No skip level meetings done.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.
