The work was easy . Good support system. Entry level pay . Slow salary hike. Shift timing are good . Overall a good company to start your career in also the team plus the management was extremely goal oriented and productive. Everyones opinions and suggestions were taken into consideration for the benefit of the organisation.I always felt blessed to be a part of this organization. Everyday was a new challenge , friendly surroundings , very helpful managers and colleagues . Due to personal reasons I left the job or else I wouldn’t have left the company ever....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
