No Work Pressure as such, People are Friendly, Easy reach to top management

Work Culture is very poor, Saturdays off only for top management, No rules or regulations followed as such(only on Paper), no perks or benefits to employees, No Training/learnings, basically, Lala Company thinks only of its personal benefit, Not even some fun time or canteen for employees.
