Likes

As an employee we have a good job security, work environment and a great respect among the colleagues. In this COVID-19 lockdown they encourage work from home plus we get paid our regular salary without any deductions.

Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No proper increments and getting promotion is a long term process.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
