Great many learning opportunities, possibility of exploring wide range of roles and profiles of banking sector, no growth ceiling if you are willing to work hard and with integrity.

Dislikes

There is a culture and ecosystem which discourages team work and visionary thinking. Everyone in every department is only concerned about saving their jobs and getting that next promotion. There is a serious absence of "Bank first, then Customer, then my team, and lastly me" attitude in employees which is so pivotal in long term growth of any bank.
