If you work here then you will know the meaning of slave (live experience). Worst worst ,it was my first job and iam still afraid to do job in other companies. Horrible conditions for employees Stupid work culture No career growth Idiotic manager's. No leaves for even health issues , even if we have 102 degree body temperature (fever) .these idiot's will not give any leave and they still pressurize us to report office and they will check with thermometer and they will give suggestion to take tablet and do login in office immediately .and if we dont report to office due to health issues they will make 100s of phone calls untill we report to office within 1 hour .All the idiotic manager's in the world are in this company. No proper lunch timings only 20 minutes for lunch and for these 20 minutes also we should beg them that we are very hungry . And we don't even have time to talk to our colleagues and only login login...Read More

It is better to beg on roads than working in this thirt party company,no salary hikes even ,no promotions , stupid manager's no respect to employees, they don't even treat employees as humans And most importantly there is no HR in this company you will see HR while joining and again while resignation only stupid hr policies ,no proper treatment to employees.no leaves ,no holidays,

Central jail will be better than this stupid company . Because the manager's will lock the doors after 8 pm and no employe sholud stand up from their seat and employees should take permission for even washroom as school kids do .one of the most horrible.

I was working in hotlisting desk and there the Call flows were very high and the very bad thing is you are not allowed to go to restroom on your own, you will need to ask for restroom and most of the time during call flow you will need to control which will lead you to abdomen pain but still you will need to wait until your turn comes because they will send one by one.
