My manager was good in communication to me. I did not stay for.long in this company. Just 6 months since fake promise of onsite done to me so I left immediately.

Fake promises of onsite. They promised me Dubai onsite before joining n joined without much hike. Then they made me to join in India n said it will take time.to process visa n all but onsite manager said.this role is offsite only. After 6 months after few follow up I got to know they r not giving onsite. Once u put for client then they forget that u r their/HCL employee. Probation period is 6momths...Read More

Trust me there is nothing to like about while working with this organisation. Higher leadership is the nost uneducated and irresponsible people I have ever come across. Even If you don't have a job be jobless and thankful to almighty for not having you an offer from HCL atleast.

Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.

Some project having good work life balance. Most of the projects are long term so don’t have that much pressure of work.

If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Don't expect the hike and promotions. If we are working for pay then I shouldn't recommand this company but am sure the life will go cool with less work presure here

Culture and office politics and management. System don’t work properly then they can to do compensate without overtime. Their have 10hrs work policy and if doing from home ask to extend the shift if not doing then giving bad rating in appraisals. Almost everything HR treats you dispensable by equating you like factory workers in name of hybrid working. Coincidentally the HR head who devised this policy actually indeed worked in industrial setup before getting a break in HCL god knows how They ask you to be present 9 hours a day even for global roles that are not really dependent on clock in and clock out hours.
