in my mind this is the best company when i was worked..company policies r good ....comoany provide the freedom for work...i like life long my...old organisation that is HBL GLOBAL PVT LTD...il missing HBL more more.....

some isssues r their ...like growth of the employee is very slow...onrole employees headeache is too much pressure...in my mind 75% without hbl employees there is no profit in HDFC BANK ....onrole employees looks chip to hbl employees...please dont mind il saying fact....thank you to my ex company HBL

Work Details

every thing is super but frowth is zero....no pramotions...hbl experience persons cant get onrole regular post....in his hbl service this is very bad...

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
