Good environment to work with Hashtaag, you will find friendly culture. You have to be must in touch with manager level and they should understand what you are doing. Finally it's good chance to work with Hashtaag and I learnt many things in my development.

Dislikes

Team mates are good and joyful to every one, career growth is good. The problem is salary won't receive on time. Due to they building team and investing for some products, salary coming little but late.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
