Entire policies are decided by CFA , Bhiwandi, whose has direct contact with owner. Owner leaves his final decision on CFA. If an sales person fails to achieve his target his daily allowance gets deducted as there is an penalty system for not achieving target. On the contrary, there is no incentive for achieving targets. Companydoes not provide offer letter, salary slip, no leave policy for ASM and below level. There are no holidays in these company at ASM level and below level. In case you take leave it's marked as absent, and pay gets deducted. In case if an distributor gets bulk order during Diwali, the CFA himself directly supplies goods by doing billing through his other firms. These impact targets of sales person.
