For freshers company is doing vey good. Company is providing it's initial training at different sites so that trainee can gain more knowledge & exposure during training period.

Dislikes

There isn't any dislike but one thing is bad in construction field that you will have to work on sunday also there isn't any holiday in week.

HG Infra Engineering Limited is a very good company in the infra sector, I am glad to be a part of the HGIEL Family. Everyone lives like a family and works for the company like their own family. I was an employee of a government company (worked as a contractual employee 6 year long time)left and joined HG Infra Engineering Limited. Here everyone works like a team. The company also gives many benefits for employees .The upper management is very helpful and understands every problems of the employee. Its has been one month since i am joined HG Infra. The Company culture is very good. I have also joined HG Infra after seeing the review on AmibitionBox. Whatever review i see on AmbitionBox everything is correct. Company is improving thier culture like internal education, training , HR policies etc. work is going on as per SOP at site which is good for all depeartment heads .

No one is perfect , it is origanization . every organization has something good something bad . it is depend upon your thoughts how you managed them . overall HGIEL is good in industry .

After exiting all outstanding must be debitted in the name of internal policy. No working shift timing . Sunday also full working day. Job security is very poor. If you exits then after you will came to no the amount of whole month was debitted in the account of internal policy.

Everything because management is very bad .They promise a lot for everything but deliver nothing . They will convince you to give Variable pay as part of your CTC but will never give you a single Penney out of it . They have very strict timings. They will never give you any money for your Earned leave. Especially HR policies are very bad. There behaviour is also rude.

Some policies are always welcomed but some are always among tgose which are not acceptable that needs to be implemented in some another way , with some changes everything seems to become good.

1. We have to work 12 hour per day all 7 days a week in site even a 1 single miss punch will results loss of pay 2. Leave policy is worst yearly we get only 4 holidays sorry holiday type but not holiday (example we get 4 nos in two of are goes to 26th jan and aug 15 where we can perform the flag hoisting and other is May 1st it’s holiday for site only but not in HO, here the game will play company on leave day HO represents visit the site 3. Here in HG there is more value for supporting staff compared other than technical staff example a store keeper has more rights to involve in our civil works and accounts department feel like they are GODs 4.HG will deployed their own machinery in highways they always depends on sub contractors who is directly contact to CMD in site they do not listen any including project head 5. Regarding sub contractor payment they will assure you 70% in 10th of every month 30% of 30th of every month which not happen in any month 6. We have to more than 3 times while working on sub contractor in HG 7. Food at site was given rating of 2 out of 5 8. Laision team should develop a strong at site 9 even some employees are working more than 5 years in highway department with out knowing how take levels with auto level company needs look into this 10.
