Am brutally honest 😉i like H&m culture and all the benefitz and moreover here no sir and madam culture not der everyone recognised by der names and fun at work and payscale also very satisfied from above ratings you can except how iz H&m .

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
