There is job security here because the senior staff know what the problems are of the staff working at the lower level and at the same time same time they give full support to them so that they can do their work comfortably without any difficulty.

When I joined this company with 1 year of experience, I was not so good at my tasks but in Group Bayport I got great leasders who trained me very well and I learned a lot of things from them. So it would not be wrong to say that it’s employees are helpful and cooperative in matters of work.

Nothing to dislike but they should give little liberty to latecomers rest everything is good there.

in this company, our creativity is Finished No creative work here. The 3-month night shift is not good for our health. 3-3 months rotational shift. in this job, there is no work for skill and learning. Promotions and Appraisals are very few in my 4 years of work period.

One of the remarkable aspects of Group Bayport is their unwavering understanding. The company goes beyond to ensure employee satisfaction as they want to feel their employees comfortable. I had a great experience over there as Designer. I can say that I worked with a great company and also a wonderful team.
