I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

Working as a team, Playful climate, Very polite and cooperative chefs. A good and professional staff. Good coordination between each and every department. Feels very safe to work at grand. Managers, chefs,servers, supervisors etc are hard worker and gives their best in each day.....

I don't think to say any negative things about the hotel because this hotel has given me lots of good memories and a good work too... For that I am very thankful
