There is lot of politics and managers are very partial ans unprofessional. They just don't let you give yoyr opinions. Worst place to work if you are the person who likes to put your opinions infront of team and they never let you interact with other people in the company and very conservative and self centred. Very bad in promotions as well. Promotions are baised as well

Politics at senior level.its more of a govt bank wherever 90% ppl are born and bred here and they would have more influence 9ver stakeholders than a lateral hire would ever have.they can make or break your image and no one would bother to hear your side of story Also they make you work 10 hours everyday and ask you to enter the same hours on timesheet so bargain better
